Items close sequentially. If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes, the item’s closing time will automatically extend by 3 minutes to allow fair bidding. PAYMENT & PICKUP Payment & Pickup: Oct 21st, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Auction Location All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time. LOADING & REMOVAL NOTICE: Buyers should be prepared to load and remove their own purchases. A skid steer will be available for limited loading assistance; however, it has a maximum lifting capacity of 500 lbs. Many items have been sitting for an extended period, and tires should not be considered roadworthy or suitable for hauling. Buyers should plan to trailer items from the property and come prepared with the proper equipment for safe removal. PAYMENT TERMS A buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases. Sales tax will be removed only with a valid exemption form. Accepted payment methods: Cash Cashier’s Check or Money Order Wire Transfer Credit/Debit Card (up to $500 total purchase; 4% fee applies) No personal or business checks. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Offsite auction items require a minimum $10 transfer fee to our Mondovi warehouse. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
