All sales are final. A bid constitutes a legally binding contract between the bidder and ProCountry Auction Service. Some items are subject to reserve; the seller reserves the right to lower or remove reserves at any time. This auction is conducted by ProCountry Auction Service, Registered Wisconsin Auction Company #280. All transfers will be conducted by ProCountry, LLC or shipped to a registered FFL Dealer. A $10.00 transfer fee per invoice will be added for a background check. No transfer will be completed without a state issued identification card with the correct address. If a state issued ID is not presented, we will not transfer the item(s) to you. Long gun buyers must be at least 18 years old. Handgun buyers must be at least 21 years old. Out of state handgun buyers MUST ship their handgun(s) to their local FFL dealer. Items close sequentially. If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes, the item’s closing time will automatically extend by 3 minutes to allow fair bidding. Buyers are responsible for all disassembly, loading, and transportation. Please bring help with heavy items. Staff will be available to assist with item location only. PAYMENT TERMS A buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases. Sales tax will be removed only with a valid exemption form. Accepted payment methods: Cash Cashier’s Check or Money Order Wire Transfer Credit/Debit Card (up to $500 total purchase; 4% fee applies) No personal or business checks. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Offsite auction items require a minimum $10 transfer fee to our Mondovi warehouse. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
