Each item in the auction is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS”, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability.  This auction is being coordinated by “ProCountry Auction Service.” Registered WI Auction Company #280. CLOSE OF AUCTION Online Only Auction Ends Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, starting at 6:00pm.  This auction uses a soft close format, with a few items closing each minute. If a bid is placed on an item within the final 3 minutes of its closing time, the bidding time for that item will automatically extend by 3 minutes (or another time as determined by us). This mimics a live auction by giving all bidders a fair chance to place their final bids. BUYER FEES & SALES TAX: 10% BUYERS FEE ON ALL PURCHASES 5.5% WI Sales Tax will be charged INSPECTION INFORMATION Friday, March 20 from Noon to 6:00 PM Call the ProCountry Office with questions at 715-495-0814 Each item in the auction is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS”, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability.   PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION Thursday, March 26th 11AM to 6PM Friday, March 27th 10AM to 2PM Buyer is responsible for completing any necessary disassembly, packing, loading, and transporting all items purchased during pick up times. Bring Help for Heavy Items. All transfers will be conducted by ProCountry, LLC or shipped to a registered FFL Dealer. A $10.00 transfer fee per invoice will be added for a background check. No transfer will be completed without a state issued identification card with the correct address. If a state issued ID is not presented, we will not transfer the item(s) to you. Long gun buyers must be at least 18 years old. Handgun buyers must be at least 21 years old. Out of state handgun buyers MUST ship their handgun(s) to a local FFL dealer. PAYMENT TERMS NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full. Payment must be made with cash, cashier’s check, money order, wired funds, or credit/debit card (UP TO $500 TOTAL PURCHASE).  There is a 4% administration fee for credit/debit card purchases. No Personal or Business checks accepted. Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "ProCountry Auction Service".  All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn. PLEASE NOTE All items are sold as-is and must be picked up at the auction address. Buyer is responsible for all transportation and handling from that point forward (FOB auction site). Transportation or shipping services are a buyer’s sole responsibility.  Attention all bidders, if merchandise remains unpaid or uncollected at the conclusion of the auction pick up, and no communication has been established with our office, the items will be deemed forfeited. Bidder Accounts are then Closed. Handling fees may be incurred for moving items to our warehouse location to be shipped or picked up later.  PC Auction Service is not responsible for any damage during handling, transferring, or shipping item(s).  Thank you for your cooperation.
