AUCTION LOCATION: N20743 County Road J Dodge, WI 54625 This auction location is 30 miles north of La Crosse, WI, or 10 miles northeast of Winona, MN. TERMS By placing a bid, you accept all the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE PRIOR TO BIDDING. Each item in the auction is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS”, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability.  All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and ProCountry Auction Service. This auction is being coordinated by “ProCountry Auction Service.” Registered WI Auction Company #280. INSPECTION INFORMATION At Auction Location. Call the ProCountry Office with questions at 715-495-0814 We strongly encourage all bidders to inspect items in person prior to placing bids. Each item in the auction is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS”.  No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. If a refund is given, it will not exceed the purchase price of the lot. CLOSE OF AUCTION Online Only Auction Ends Jan 22nd starting at 6:00pm. This auction uses a soft close format, with a few items closing each minute. If a bid is placed on an item within the final 3 minutes of its closing time, the bidding time for that item will automatically extend by 3 minutes (or another time as determined by us). This mimics a live auction by giving all bidders a fair chance to place their final bids. PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION Saturday, January 24th, 10AM – 1PM or payment is due in Mondovi @ PC Office and Loading by Appt. To make an appointment to load, call Nick Moga at 608-385-1975. PAYMENT TERMS There will be a buyer’s fee, plus sales tax (based on the county where the items are located) added to the final purchase price. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the correct sales tax exemption form is completed and applicable to the state. The buyer of any titled item will be responsible for paying sales tax & transferring the title in the city/state which they reside in. Buyers of a titled item that reside in Wisconsin will pay sales tax at the payment location. NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full. Payment must be made with cash, cashier’s check, money order, wired funds, or credit/debit card (UP TO $500 TOTAL PURCHASE).  There is a 4% administration fee for credit/debit card purchases. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS. Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "ProCountry Auction Service".   SHIPPING Call the office (715-495-0814) to check the availability for shipping before bidding as it is not always available. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you would like your item(s) shipped from an offsite auction, a MINIMUM $10.00 transfer fee will be applied to your invoice to deliver your item(s) to our Mondovi Warehouse. The items on the invoice and the transfer fee must be paid prior to the end of the scheduled pick up. Shipping is standard shipping rates. ProCountry Auction Service will not be responsible for any damage during shipment. PLEASE NOTE Attention all bidders, if merchandise remains unpaid or uncollected at the conclusion of the auction pick up, and no communication has been established with our office, the items will be deemed forfeited. Bidder Accounts are then Closed.
